AD begins by stressing the importance of getting regular blood tests. Once every three years at a minimum and once a year if possible. Physicians can detect many incipient diseases, including cancer from these tests.

He opens up a line of discussion on gestalts and begins to tread some new ground.

“Gestalts will own you.”

What’s the difference between a belief system and a gestalt? One thing they have in common is that they’re hard to leave.

“Belief systems are extremely hard to get out of once you're in them.”

AD also covers the attempt back in 520 AD to unite the world into one religion and combine all the holidays into the Christian framework.

“Every one of the religions wanted their holidays celebrated.”

Gestalts exert a lot of power and often try to discourage or exclude prospects who want to join them. AD uses the example of the Banker gestalt and how they can implant self-doubts.

“You do not have selves yet so you cannot have self-doubt yet. It has to be put there by someone else. It's always a betrayal of you.”

AD has been studying human memory and loss of short-term memory. He discovered one way in which memory does not work.

“What I found is that memories are not all stamped the same. They're not all the same degree of intensity either.”

If you’re in fear, that reduces your memory making capability.

“When you're in fear, you don't imprint your memories as firm. When you go back, you can't find them.”

The antidote is to be able to go within, experience a pause, pass the barrier of fear and go into the quiet.

“The brain and everything about you needs to be quiet. That's the beginning of surrender. Start there and it will teach you how to give gifts.”

“The pause, you should really do it twice a day, but once a week at least.”

You’ll learn how the gestalts interfere with your immune systems and actually function as the anti-self.

AD introduces a new energy transfer method for the live session and teaches how to use it to fuel the bubble inside with a completely new feeling.

He also explains the work-share agreement whereby the teachers assist the students my matching the energy and effort they expend.

“We make an agreement with you that says. Whatever amount of work you do on a subject, we will do X amount. It's our way of matching energy with you.”

Sheradon begins by describing an event that happened about 10 days ago. She became temporarily paralyzed and couldn’t even get words out to speak. Eventually she was able to mentally contact Moki who then came to assist her. This is part of the evolution of her nervous systems and is related to the skill of going from the seen to the unseen side at will.

She also describes her first near-death experience back in 1985. In order to return to her body she had to fight to get back in the body and agree to start work.

Sabe talks about nondescript units and how Philip’s project is similar to an egg hatchery. The soup, the slough-off, the pinch-offs all contribute to the process of growing entities.

Sabe explains an interesting aspect of the First Borns – they don’t evolve!

“My observation of First Borns is that their ability to love only goes to a certain point and they can't get beyond that point.”

The belief of early man that their God was unchanging is related to this quality of the First Borns where they come into existence fully formed as a solution to a problem.

“One reason humans believe God doesn't change, First Borns don't change.”

The complicated story of the Philips includes the fact that Philip III is an offspring of Philip II but is nothing like Philip II.
