Sabe begins by discussing simultaneous time and how they use snapshots, vignettes, moments and eons when considering duration. To understand simultaneous, Sabe uses the analogy of a target with concentric rings and you at the center on a swiveling chair from where you can view the 4-ring circus.
A spiral is more appropriate for describing time and space than a line.
“You don't see that it's curved.”
The biofield also holds your past and future while you are in the present.
The fetus in the womb uses the mother’s biofield but when they are born they don’t have one of their own yet and that is very painful.
“When infant is born it has no biofield and for the human that is the most painful kind of existence.”
Sabe gives an exercise that will help you improve your ability to detect subtleties.
Some of AD’s unique friends are visiting and there’s an uncanny resemblance between their diminutive appearance and that of some of AD’s offspring. This is a mystery.
It’s important to be mindful of when you are reacting or over-reacting to things. This always indicates an ego is present.
“When your egos get ready to act or react, they do so in the third brain. The third brain handles amplification, exaggeration, these types of things.”
Sabe explains how in past times, Buddhist and other monks developed slow stretching exercises to help them recover from long meditation sessions. This eventually developed into martial arts and things like Tai Chi.
There is a direct relationship between adrenaline and egos. If you’re afraid and are paralyzed or are fighting or fleeing, then an ego is running the show.
Finally, the fear of being stupid or unintelligent is rampant, even though there is no basis for it.
“The number one personal fear - it would be stupid.”
