This is the first of AD’s new Rockin’ Weekends series. He begins by explaining that as you become more non-physical, you reduce your density.

If you emotionally over-react to situations, this causes stress and increases density.

“Mass is something and density is something else.”

The body is designed for mass and matter which bring it pleasure, but pleasure gets buried by density.

Drinking lots of water helps supply hydrogen which is one of the ingredients of Life Hormone.

Getting out of density also means not learning any more incorrect lessons.

“Remember, lessons means density.”

The chakras supply energy to the physical body. The light body is for the mind.

Pendulums are one of the main tools for working with minerals. A brass one is best but others will work too.

AD provides exercises to work with your handedness and determine when the pendulum is saying yes or no. You’ll also hear how to use the pendulum to read your own chakras.

The gentle raising of kundalini will also lead to epiphanies that can be repeated over and over again.

How has the year 2007 been for you so far? Sabe says they’ve labeled it the Year of Confusion. There are so many things on the grid that things will be on permanent Divine Intervention for the entire year.

If the rising temperatures due to the greenhouse effect can be reversed so they return back to normal for three years, then a cycle can be created that will replace 15 or more years of increasing temperatures.

Sabe correlates the concepts of world 1, world 2 and world 3 that have been discussed before with dimensions.

“Heat causes spin.”

Increasingly volatile weather systems like hurricanes, tsunamis and tornadoes following increases in ocean and air temperatures.

“You’re already in the greenhouse effect.”

In addition to spending at least five minutes a day loving humanity, Sabe asks you to add five minutes a day of loving or appreciating Mother Earth.

“Just looking at the stars generates wonderment.”

The Yellowstone Basin – which essentially covers the entire are west of the Mississippi could see increased volcanic activity.

“You’ve got to have tons and tons of grace to get this Life Hormone in your body.”

As the Life Hormone increases it will eventually battle the Death Hormone in the body and eventually win.

Sabe explains short-term and long-term memory and what the differences are and where they are stored. The dead zone residents have very short memory spans so that’s why they like to stir up emotional turmoil in those they are related to among the living so they can obtain power to create and retain their memory.

The 10 million frequency achieved during Culminations will take about three months to stabilize but Sabe gives exercises for moving comfortably up and down the elevator so the body can get used to the higher frequencies.

“The body can handle the lower frequencies, but the mind loves the higher frequencies.”

One of the suggested homeworks for this month: “Start to notice what your symptoms are when you become more non-physical.” It would also be good to follow where your thoughts are generated from.

You’ll also learn the difference between the knowingness of the mind and the question and answer process the brain uses.

“The mind observes and generates wonderment from observation.”

Knowingness is like the non-verbal or subtext information a skilled actor conveys in a film.

“We’re going to start working on opening the mind.”

“If you ask questions, you push the knowingness away.”
