In the introductory session, Sheradon describes some unusual obsidian crystals, both clear and green that have unique properties of healing and abundance.

AD said that the night work was "interesting."

Your biofield is divided into 1/4 inch cubes, each of which can store vast amounts of data. They are full of all kinds of energy, both positive and negative which we collect like a packrat.

These are being cleaned out and refilled with grace and it would be wise to spend some time each day in the coming weeks in appreciation and gratitude for that.

Humans tend to worship a god figure and AD poses the question - If you came back here in a million years as an omnipresent entity, how would you respond to those who might view you as deity?

"You are going to be deity whether you want it or not."

AD also explains how one of the recent installs involves an unusual metallic ingredient and how it helps to pump life and love into your system.

AD explains how he noticed that Sabe was taking quite awhile to create and test the tuning fork frequencies so he decided to build a lab module or filter that would work with frequency.

Now Sabe and everyone else use it all the time.

"Nobody realized how bad they needed it until I made one."

Continuing on with the theme of identifying what we react to, AD advises: "You've got to learn when you're reacting."

If a news story of anything triggers you, stop watching TV or reading for a bit and process it until you understand what set you off.

"You guys don't process real well with the TV on."

Ninety percent of the student body has a job of monitoring some segment of consciousness for their entity, but AD says: "It's not your job to fix it."

Since our birthright and heritage is omnipresence, the test for moving beyond physicality is not to be reactive.

We're in the 3rd month of a 4-month waiting period. This is to allow everything to ripen so we'll be able to eventually hold the life hormone frequencies.

If we were to try and hold the full frequency of life at this point, it could lead to spontaneous combustion!

If you get overwhelmed, it can produce anxiety, fear and panic.

Part of the weekend plan is to clean out everyone's personal grids.

"This weekend I'm going to clean your field out."

There is an exercise to rapidly train you how to switch consciously between being open and closed. It's a subtle switch.

Being able to manage your own state is better than being on default setting or in reaction.

If you're closed, you're pulling in everyone else's junk.

When you're open, energy flows out from you and no junk from others can attach to you.

The night work is proceeding successfully.

One good result is that some of the remnants of early, original entities who've been lost are present in the cells that are being decompressed.

"If we can find one or two cells, we can reconstruct the whole entity."

"Some of you have been carrying lost archives of some of these entities."

Sabe reviews the situation in the Middle East, and sheds some new light and offers insights into the causes and the possible solutions to the problem.

When you perform divine intervention, you can hold the space open for a win-win outcome for all involved.

"You are at the point when the shift in the psyche could occur at anytime."

Relaxing is the number one advice, as always. If the voices get too loud, you can turn the volume down.

Trying to squeeze 1000 lifetimes into one is a tall order. We're still on schedule, but continued evolution is necessary.

Only 5% of those going on the birth will have learned anything about it beforehand. If you're alert and awake you'll be recording everything so that the data can be studied later.

Everyone's number one job in life is to put life, love and joy into this reality. After that's going on, other interesting projects await.

He explains the process of decompression where the many voices of your being could start expressing themselves individually. Up to this point, the psyche has been making them all speak with one voice.

One design for self would be a regular jellyfish with a abalone type shell on top and an oyster type shell on the bottom. Both need to be matches so they fit together tightly.

The Id is the trunk or stalk in the middle that helps you navigate. It will eventually create worm holes for you to jump through when it's time to travel to distant parts of the universe.

"The Id part is going to be the seed part of your personality."

The Id will become a nervous system that's always two steps ahead of you.

"It will function in any way you've allowed your self to be."

When the psyche is returned, you'll need new ways of dealing with the multitude of voices.
