Better Than You Can Possibly Imagine

AD starts to explain about the light body and how it is the archive and memory storehouse for just about everything you've either done or might have done.

"Emotional pain is held in the light body."

Healing emotional damage has to take place in the light body.

"If you want to heal something emotionally, you have to go into the light body."

Over the next few years, the light body, which has been sequestered, will be open.

"The chakra system is the access to the light body."

AD lets the cat out of the bag about what happened to Philip when he went into the mind of the dreamer.

Philip has been piggy-backing during AD's articulation so he can get familiar with the new nervous systems and eventually articulate again himself.

AD thinks we suffer from lack of imagination. He’s been working on a lab experiment to correct the situation.

He points out that while almost everyone’s fantasy of BTYCPI is being rich, that doesn’t assure happiness.

“Feelings and emotions must come first. If you manifest them first, everything else falls in line.”

AD explains that the death windows will be open from May until about the middle of August. If people feel hopeless, despondent, melancholy or desperate their frequency matches that of the death window and the death hormones in their body could get triggered.

"This summer is not a good time for you guys to get into the low frequencies or emotions."

People who feel empty and depressed will get fatigued.

"When you're visited upon by the death window, that's when it gets tough to stay here."

Don't forget to be good to yourself.

"For this weekend, you're going to an emotional spa."


"I'm going to pamper and overload you so you can drop the death window."

Appreciation and gratitude are still the best ways to raise your frequency.

"When you throw temper tantrums, you'll be putting things into law."

AD homework for the month is to notice which of your personas, personalities or egos are occupying the personality seat.

"The self wears no faces at all, no masks."

"The Id is going to replace the psyche."
