AD explains how rocks use natural time and space and can have just as much animation as a human - when they're rolling down hill!

Quartz is an amplifier and could also amplify negative egos if they were on the personality seat.

Part of AD's techique is to listen to what the rocks are saying and then finding out how they want to be of service. This comes before the programming stage where you give them instructions.

"Apophylite is probably one of the greatest and one of the best of the spiritual stones."

While the chemistry of the body requires vitamins for proper functioning, minerals are required for the light body.

What if you lived in constant daylight with no night and no sunrise. Without waking up to a new day, would there be a future?

The night work shows you your aspects, the good, the bad and the ugly.
This month, think of what part of your history the dreamer dreamt for you and what you created for yourself.

Processing repressed aspects unclogs your pipeline to the future.

If your aspects are dragging you, like a parachute brake, you can't move.

Become streamlined and move forward.

Sabe explains how important it is to reduce the number of aspects and fragments you produce. If they don't individuate and you take them with you, you are responsible for them.

Going into stress stimulates aspect production.

Chronic adrenaline addiction is par for the course. Mark in your journal this month whenever you go into stress and what triggered it. By making a list, you give it formality by putting it down on paper.

Also take note of whenever you take action as opposed to reacting to something else.
