Christmas with AD - Sunday afternoon

AD explains some of the details about the Santa Claus gestalt. It imparts a feeling of safety and security that is especially welcome to children. There is a frustration chamber there where you can have a temper tantrum and get it transmuted into something more benign.

The movement to non-denominationalize Christmas and take Christ out of it will have the unfortunate effect of weakening the Santa Claus gestalt.

There is material on using the Ferrymen during the Winter Solstice window. Part of the plan is to ensure the new DNA continues to replicate at a fast enough rate to overtake old DNA.

Christmas with AD - Saturday evening

AD reminds us that sometimes you need some attention and students got a chance to practice receiving it.

One suggestion is to become an energy gourmet. Demand quality in your food. Reduce junk energy foods too.

He expands on the topic of perception and how it's the only tool you have at the level of being awake.

You'll learn how to filter your reality for whatever state you choose. Like beauty, admiration, preciousness and exploration for example.

"Today I'll accept only beauty."

"Admiration can be a state."

There is a teaching on how to use costuming as an energy exercise to quickly process anger for example.

What's the only gestalt left that has the innocence of the child?

It's the Santa Claus gestalt. Dreamwork is to visit it and play. The wee people are there too and you must believe in Santa and be like a child.

The upcoming Yule/Solstice window will be another opportunity to engage the Ferrymen or Boatmen as they take everyone to and from the dead zone.

AD gives an update on the Saturn, Jupiter, Sun, Prominence situation and especially focuses on learning not to close down.When you stay open, the energies and particles can flow through you rather than get trapped in you.
If you're humming, your brain won't be spinning brain stories.

The ozone holes are used for assistance to come in and for the birth to get others out.

If a nuclear bomb detonation becomes imminent, there will be instant response.

"Divine interruption is what we call it."

During this phase of fine tuning yourself, it's about observing and remaining in student mode.

"The best way to teach yourself feeling is to ask why."

If you have guilt, then you create karma.

"The tool for awake is perception"

But you can only give law in areas you're aware of.

Consciousness is the big picture - seeing how the puzzle pieces fit together.
