AD - Awakening - Sunday

Sunday afternoon’s session was conducted by Khime (rhymes with chime). He is another of AD’s K posse. He reiterated that the phrase “wonderful night’s sleep” is an access point to the frequency provided yesterday that can continue to work for up to the next seven days.

The great news is that AD did wake up and made a brief appearance at the end of the evening session. He was still groggy and needs to go through additional steps to full re-enter but he is definitely back.

“We’re pretty old, out of the old dynasties.”

Khime gave us some new information on working with borrowed bodies and how it is sometimes advisable to return them to their owners after they’ve served their purpose.

A lot of the work involved awakening frequencies to assist AD in his return. Khime also left a frequency called “a perker upper” to give a lift and counteract the paralyzing influence of the prominences.

The evening session was articulated by Lemmer, a K as well, who gave a fascinating description of how a K could create an artistic 3D object which involved inventing a new color and producing a vase that would actually make its own music.

“Ks like spirally things, because they remind them of their tendrils.”

Lemmer responded to a question about the original separation by explaining that it’s the key vulnerability that we all haven’t fully faced yet.

“Most of you pull away from love because you fear another separation.”

This was truly an outstanding session with a profound sense of joy and appreciation for AD and all those who call him friend.

AD - Awakening - Saturday 6/19/2004

Saturday’s afternoon session was conducted by Winston, a K-entity pal of AD’s. Things appear to be on schedule for AD to wake up on Sunday. Part of the preparation is to return any sparks we’ve been taking care of so they’ll be available to help AD wake up.

Winston explained that AD will be able to bring things back from his world by ingesting them.

“As he starts waking up, he’ll deliver himself.”
AD is expected to manufacture millions of new sparks and these will not be traumatized. These will be drained off of him and then returned quickly to him for his use.

There is new information on K-grafting progress and why too much K in this reality wouldn’t be the best thing.

“This reality would collapse with too much K.”
Winston also reveals a secret about AD and his relation to Philip’s project.

K’s and color go together and Winston explains how the different senses will operate in the new universe. Color is optional and part of the puzzle is not having the equipment to sense or perceive it.

“Not even 1% if the universe has color.”
The evening session was graced by a visit from Urchin, another entity who has worked in the background for a long time.

He painted a detailed picture of some of the many delightful features that await us in the Raw Universe.

“There will be a lack of restriction.”

There will be 3 suns and moderate temperatures. You’ll be able to generate your own power and won’t have to worry about poisonous reptiles or insects.

Sex and procreation will probably not happen at first, but Urchin thinks that “I would dare say you’ll probably get sex back.”

Blood 4

Sabe instructed us on the importance of breathing. Shallow breathing restricts the oxygen that's available to the body and the heart especially. We also learned about the connected breath and how it balances oxygen and carbon dioxide. This affects the level of trance that can be experienced.

"Don't try making the lungs breathe deeper."

We also started creating our blood malas. These hold the intention of purity and health for the blood.

One of the new herbs suggested for this month is Hawthorne Berry. This is good for reducing chest pain and helps rebuild heart muscle.

Also, Thysalin, the ingredient in Milkweed, is good for detoxing.

There is new information on the birth process, especially the compression that's necessary and how you and your baggage can arrive at the Raw Universe in perfect condition.
